The Model 20 is the Most Compact of all Bessler Folding Stairs Packages

This attic ladder will fit ceiling thicknesses from 4 - 11/16" to 14 - 1/2". 

This is a great staircase! It is made with solid, one-piece stringers and treads of selected 1 x 4 kiln dried yellow pine. There is also a ladder rod under each tread for added strength and rigidity.

• Good Quality 1/4" door.

This package is shipped unassembled and without the finished Jamb and Trim.
