The Model 40 is a great Bessler Folding Stairs Package

This attic ladder will fit ceiling thicknesses from 6 - 1/4" to 14 - 1/2". 

This is a great staircase! It is made with solid, one-piece stringers and treads of selected 1 x 6 kiln dried yellow pine. There is also a ladder rod under each tread for added strength and rigidity.

Featuring include:

• Full length handrail
• Ladder width of 17 3/8"
• Grade A 1 3/8" hollow core door.
• Shipping weight is approx. 85 #

This package is shipped unassembled and without the finished Jamb and Trim.
